Avant Homes required a series of films that could capture not just the properties themselves, but the lifestyle and experience of living within their developments.
The challenge was to create content that felt aspirational and premium, while still remaining grounded and relatable to potential buyers.
Working in collaboration with Motus TV, we supported the production by providing crew, camera systems and technical expertise to deliver a high-end cinematic finish.
Filming took place across multiple developments in Yorkshire, capturing a range of scenarios designed to reflect modern living. Alongside the main advert, we captured additional content for use across social media and digital marketing channels.
The visual approach focused on clean compositions, natural light and subtle camera movement to present the homes in a way that felt both polished and authentic.
We contributed to the delivery of a series of brand films, supported by additional content designed for use across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
The final films position Avant Homes as a modern, design-led housebuilder, showcasing both the quality of their developments and the lifestyle they offer.
The content now supports their wider marketing activity, providing a strong visual asset across web, social media and property marketing platforms.
